The designs, supervision, and completion of some works were carried out for a villa situated among the mountains of Al-Ula, in the most beautiful resort in the area. Its name is inspired by the old place where King Charles of England stayed during his tenure as crown prince. The royal suite consists of a collection of rooms with modern designs and an outdoor swimming pool. Additionally, a multipurpose meeting hall project consists of five sections separated by movable beech wood partitions for ease of use, each section with an area of 100 square meters. Shaden Resort in Al-Ula is one of the oldest and finest resorts in the area. The old reception building was removed and replaced with a new design and execution that received praise from owners, operators, and visitors, including prestigious figures. Our engineering team crafted a masterpiece, executed with precision, professionalism, and within a record time. The reception area spans approximately 300 square meters. The old restaurant building of the resort was removed to make way for a modern structure, whose story is as beautiful as its design and execution, spreading across a thousand square meters. In its outdoor spaces, we challenged obstacles to create a masterpiece that satisfied us first and delighted everyone who dined within its walls. Continuing with our creativity, we presented the owner of Shaden Resort with designs for several units. Trusting in us, we swiftly created and established six super deluxe villas in record time, which were operational in an impressively short period. The resort operator, Accor International, praised the exceptional workmanship and efficiency.
